1. Hotel, apartment, and villa bookings.

Please read these terms carefully before using the site. By using the website, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Holidays World website acts as an intermediary and commission agent between the user and tourism service providers (hotels, apartments, car rental companies, etc.). We display the services of providers and facilitate bookings through our platform in exchange for a commission. We bear no responsibility for the execution of the service provided by the second party.

Registration Terms:
The user must be of legal age.
Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
The user is responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
The website has the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates the terms.

It is prohibited to use the website for illegal purposes or to make fake bookings.
The website reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of being fake or in violation.

Payment Policy:
A portion of the amount is paid as a deposit upon booking confirmation.
The remaining amount is paid directly to the service provider upon arrival or service delivery.
Once payment is made to the service provider, the customer is considered satisfied with the service and has no right to claim any refund afterward.
The site does not retain any banking information of the clients.
Payment is made in the local currency or according to the service provider’s policy.

Cancellation Policy by Service Type:
First: Hotel or hotel-apartment bookings:
1. 10 days or more before the arrival date:
• The paid amount is refunded after deducting banking or administrative fees if any + €15.
2. Less than 10 days before the arrival date:
• Cancellation is not possible, and any refund may only be partial depending on the provider’s policy.
Second: Apartment and villa bookings (non-hotel):
Cancellation is not allowed after confirmation, and the paid amount is non-refundable.
The customer must ensure the dates before booking, as all apartment and villa bookings are final and non-refundable or cancellable after confirmation.
Third: Car rental bookings:
1. 10 days or more before the rental start date:
• The paid amount is refunded after deducting banking and administrative fees + €15.
2. Less than 10 days before the rental start date:
• Cancellation is not possible, and refund may be partial or not possible depending on the provider’s policy.
3. If the customer delays picking up the car without prior notice, it is considered an automatic cancellation without a refund.

Cancellation by the Service Provider:
If the booking is canceled by the service provider for any reason (such as unavailability of the service, technical issues, or emergency circumstances), or if the provider fails to fulfill the service as outlined in the booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid through the website, without any deductions or fees.

Modification Policy:
Booking date modifications can only be requested at least 10 days before the arrival date.
Modifications are subject to availability with the service provider.
If modification is not available, the original booking remains valid.
If there is a price difference resulting from the modification, the customer must pay the difference and has no right to claim a refund if the new price is lower.
For non-hotel apartment and villa bookings, modifications are not allowed after confirmation.

Additional Provisions for Car Rentals:
Insurance is comprehensive, but it does not cover tire damage, undercarriage damage, or damage resulting from misuse. The customer bears the cost of such damages.
The car must be returned in the same condition it was received in, including cleanliness and fuel level. The provider has the right to charge for cleaning or refueling if necessary.
In case of an accident, a police report must be provided. If no report is submitted, the customer bears the full cost of repairs.
A deposit is paid upon receiving the car and returned upon delivery after verifying its condition.
Child seats are available (provider is not obligated to provide them) for additional fees depending on the provider’s policy.
Early return of the car does not entitle the customer to any refund.
Comprehensive Insurance:
All vehicles include comprehensive insurance that covers damages to both involved vehicles in the event of an accident.
The renter will not bear any costs for the damages to the vehicle provided the following conditions are met:
1. The damages are not a result of misuse or negligence by the renter.
2. An official police report is provided confirming the occurrence and circumstances of the accident.

Tourist Visa Processing Service:
Holidays World offers a tourist visa processing service in cooperation with specialized service providers, in order to facilitate travel procedures for customers to various countries.
Nature of the service:
The authorized service provider prepares the customer’s file, including reviewing documents, filling in required forms, and organizing papers according to embassy or authority requirements.
If needed, the provider is also committed to booking an official appointment for document submission at the embassy or authorized visa centers, and the customer bears any fees if applicable.
The website acts as an intermediary between the customer and the service provider and does not guarantee visa issuance, as the final decision is made solely by the official authority (embassies).
Payment:
The customer pays the full service fee via the website at the request confirmation stage.
The site commits to ensuring the service provider prepares the file, organizes all required documents, and books an appointment if necessary, based on the availability of slots at the embassies or authorized visa offices, and according to the visa type and country requirements.
Refund and Cancellation:
Due to the nature of the service, fees paid are non-refundable once the processing begins, even if the visa is refused or the customer decides to withdraw.
The site or service provider is not responsible for visa rejections or delays from embassies or relevant authorities.
Customer obligations:
The customer must provide all required documents and accurate information in a timely manner.
Any delay, inaccuracy, or incomplete documentation may result in delays or rejections, for which the customer bears full responsibility.
In case of missing or late appointments, the website or service provider is not responsible for any refund or rebooking unless new fees are paid.
